Each plan ships as a complete package: the engineered drawings, the unit itself, and a delivery schedule that keeps the trades in sequence. Because the home is produced in a controlled environment rather than in the weather, the specification is consistent from the first unit to the hundredth.

From Plan Selection to Set

1. Discovery

   Tell us the parcel, the plan you have in mind and the timeline. We confirm what the site will support.

2. Plan & Options

   Select the floor plan, then the exterior, roof and add-on packages. Everything is priced line by line.

3. Scope & Quote

   We issue the full package scope and price. Freight and set are quoted separately, alongside any documentation your jurisdiction requires.

4. Production

   The unit is built indoors to the agreed specification while your site work proceeds in parallel.

5. Site Readiness

   We supply the pad, grading and utility standards your site needs to be ready on delivery day.

6. Delivery & Set

   Logistics are scheduled and coordinated, the unit is set, and the package is walked through with you.

7. Finish Items

   Porches, skirting and hookups are completed per the options selected in your package.
